each file is searched for all the words. That is, a search of

you may use the OR keyword in your search, for example:
All searches are case-insensitive (that is "Bob" is the same as "bob").
Only lines are searched, not whole web pages. So if you want "bob" and "tom"
to match, they must both be found on the same line of a web page.
Only whole words match (that is, "bob" will fail to match "kabobby").
At most, 25 matching items will be reported. If the maximum is reported,
consider revising your search-string to narrow your search.
